The UCB Group Retirement Benefits Scheme (the Scheme) offers benefits which are designed to provide you with a secure income (in the form of a monthly pension or a tax-free cash sum and a reduced pension) in retirement and your dependants with benefits in the event of your death before or after retirement.
The Trustee’s ultimate objective, which underscores its investment approach, is to provide benefits for the Scheme’s members in line with the Scheme’s governing Trust Deed and Rules. The Trustee has an active investment strategy which is implemented by our investment managers.
The UCB Group Retirement Benefits Scheme Statement of Investment Principles (SIP) sets out the principles which govern the Trustee’s decisions regarding investing the assets of the Scheme, and how the Scheme meets the relevant legislative requirements.
